No longer have the app? Request deletion here. To protect your account, we will send a code to the email address you used to register with Druppify; the request is only confirmed with that code.

Once confirmed, your account is locked. We reply within the period set by our Privacy Policy. From 1 December 2026 that period is 30 calendar days, which we may extend once by a further 30 days, in which case we will let you know. When your account is closed we stop using your data. Data that the law allows or requires us to keep — such as the record of the services provided and their payments — is kept blocked, with your name hidden, only for as long as necessary; after that we delete or anonymise it.
