Post your order and a verified courier from your area delivers it

Convenience stores, cafés, kitchens that make lunches, bookshops and neighbourhood businesses that sell and need to get orders out the same day, without couriers of their own.

At 12:30, in a neighbourhood café, the owner hands two order bags to a courier in a Druppify motorcycle jacket, his helmet under his arm; her phone lies on the counter.

Where it starts

The order's ready and I've got no one to take it.

How it's done today

Someone you know with a motorbike when they're free, a radio taxi when they're not, and the customer waiting with no idea what time it'll arrive. The good days are the worst: the more you sell, the less you manage to deliver.

In a neighbourhood café, a row of order bags waits on the steel counter; behind it, the owner smiles, phone in hand, as a Druppify courier walks in through the door.

Cost

What it costs you today

The sale you turn down

Because that day you have no way to deliver. Saying no to a customer costs far more than that order.

The order that arrives late

Or arrives cold. And the one-star review that follows costs you next month's sales.

The courier who doesn't show up

A peak, rain or a long weekend, and you have no one to call.

Delivery

How many orders did you turn down last month because you had no one to deliver them? That's the number the cost of delivery is compared against.

Why

The problem isn't selling more. It's that the more you sell, the less you manage to deliver.

Having your own courier only adds up if you have steady volume every day, and you don't: you have peaks. That's why delivery capacity shouldn't be yours. It has to be available when you need it and disappear when you don't.

How we charge

Unit of value

The completed delivery

Posting is free. You pay for each delivery at a rate we set by area and distance, and that you know before you post. Our commission is included in that rate.

Why we charge this way

We don't charge a subscription or a commission on your sales. You only pay once you've dispatched, which is when you've already sold. And you don't negotiate the price with anyone right when you have the least time.

What it's compared against

The sale you turned down because you had no one to deliver it, and the cost of your own courier waiting around on a slow day.

We never compare against other software. The price is compared against the cost of the error it prevents.

You sign up and post your first order the same day.
No fixed cost
Posting costs nothing. You only pay for deliveries that are completed.

You see the price of each delivery before you post it.

It's the only product in the portfolio where Druppify is the service provider and not the coordinator: we set the rate, verify the courier and handle payment. That's also why it's the only one you can try without talking to anyone.

Frequently asked questions

No. They're a verified independent service provider, not our employee or yours. Druppify is responsible for the delivery service: that it's taken, tracked and paid.

No. It isn't a sales marketplace. Your customers are yours.

It depends on whether the area has couriers online. It's the product's only condition.

Three questions to find out if it's right for you

  1. How many orders do you dispatch a day, and in which districts?
  2. Who handles your deliveries today when you hit a peak?
  3. How many sales did you turn down last month because you had no one to deliver them?
