Delete your data
If you left us your details in a Facebook or Instagram form, wrote to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, or filled in a form on druppify.com, you can ask us to delete them.
How to request it
Write to soporte@druppify.com with the subject “PRIVACIDAD – Eliminar mis datos” (Spanish for “Privacy – Delete my data”) and include:
- Your name.
- The phone number or email address you contacted us from.
- How you contacted us: a Facebook or Instagram form, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or the website.
What we do
We delete your name, your contact details, and the messages and files from those conversations, and we confirm it by email within 10 business days. If you also ask not to receive any more messages, we keep only what is needed so that we don't write to you again.
If you have an account in the Druppify app, to close it, use Delete my account.
