Druppify has two distinct contractual relationships and each one is governed by its own document. Before reading, identify which applies to you: a corporate customer's agreement does not govern a Drupper's account, nor the other way round.

General conditions for providing the service to logistics operators, shippers and other corporate customers: licence, implementation, integrations, support and availability, intellectual property, confidentiality, processing of personal data on the customer's behalf, information security, liability and commercial terms.

This is a reference text, not an offer. Publishing it does not by itself create a contractual relationship: the Agreement is entered into through the Contract Cover Sheet, where the plan, modules, volumes, prices, terms and sub-processors are agreed. Version control

Each document states its version and effective date. The addresses on this page always serve the version currently in force.

Publishing a later version does not automatically amend an agreement already entered into: the version identified in the corresponding Cover Sheet, service order or acceptance is the one that governs. If you need an earlier version in order to review the exact text you signed, request it at contacto@druppify.com and we will provide it.

For privacy or information security enquiries the same channel applies until a specialised one is announced.
